Flowerparts
Tell me, how do you make a Superman?
With Courage and a Steady Hand
Conviction and a Do-Good Attitude
Spiritual and Moral Fortitude
Don’t forget the flowerparts
A Soft Touch and an Open Heart
A rainbow and some Empathy
Compassion and Sympathy
Don’t forget the “I Love You”s
Oh, and “I Forgive You, Too”s
-It’s The Little Things that separate
The Good from The Great
Tell me, how do you make a Superman?
With Honesty, with Discipline
Endurance and Stamina
Icy Stare, Steely Jaw
Don’t forget the flowerparts
A Soft Touch and a Bleeding Heart
A rainbow and some Empathy
Compassion and Sympathy
Don’t forget the “I Love You’s”
Oh, and “I Forgive You, Too’s”
-It’s The Little Things that separate
The Good from The Great

You know, the more I listen to this song, the more I love it. This first happened to me, with you, about dresden dolls song, "Sing". Then, it was corrie. NOw its this flower parts with bob. I have loved much of what you've introduced me to, however. I have heard many songs, my dearest, thanks to you. Songs of love and hope and fun and frolic and peace and happiness. You sing like the woman in Sing and you let yourself go like corrie and you have all the beautiful flowerparts as in bobs song. I entitle it, The Song of Jim. That is my favorite song.
All yours

ps. you don't have to publish this if you don't want to..ill understand.
Gee, what a nice thing to say, thanks!
And, that reminds me, I need to put "sing" on the player. The cd version is a little different from the single, and doesn't have all the "fuck"s cut out of it, so it's a truer version of what Amanda meant when she originally wrote it.
Again, thanks for the compliment.
