Bigger Than My Body
Holy Cow, having tunes piped into your noggin while you are gasping for air and grunting like a pig sure helps the overall workout experience! I think I'm sometimes forgetting what I'm doing and start singing along, much to the chagrin of my fellow sweaters. Maybe they'll just assume I'm retarded.
Workout: three sessions on the stationary bike, like yesterday. Increased the duration by a minute each time. Hey, I'm going SLOWLY here! In between each session on the bike, I get off and walk laps around the basketball court to give my cramping leg muscles a break. Nothing else right now. Today was only workout #4, fer crying out loud. Just showing up is success in my book, at this early stage.
Food: Breakfast was a Danactive. Pastrami and swiss at lunch with a tiny portion of potato salad and a dill pickle. Dinner was a hamburger steak, baked potato, and a salad with a Diet Coke. Knocked back some coffee throughout the day: never sweetened, just creamer, thanks.
